Profile
Nick Mainieri is a senior academic counselor and works with women's soccer, fencing, and baseball. He joined the Notre Dame Academic Services for Student-Athletes staff in 2017.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Notre Dame in 2006, majoring in English, and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of New Orleans in 2011. Prior to joining ASSA, Nick served as an assistant professor of writing and literature at Nicholls State University in South Louisiana. He is also the author of a novel, The Infinite.
