Profile
Elizabeth Purnell is a Ph.D. student in the Department of English at the University of Notre Dame where she studies early modern British literature. She is also completing a Screen Cultures graduate minor through the Department of Film, Television, and Theater. Elizabeth's research interests include Shakespearean and non-Shakespearean drama, environmental humanities, performance, and adaptation. Outside of academia, Elizabeth is an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoys working on embroidery projects and visiting art museums.
