Lilly (GRAD)

Hello everyone! My name is Lilly, and I’m a PhD student in English with a graduate minor in Gender Studies. I have a BA in English and in Philosophy from Sewanee as well as an MA in Medieval Literatures and Languages from the University of York (the one in the UK), and I taught high school English and Creative Writing for a few years before starting graduate school. Outside of school and work, I collect time-consuming hobbies such as embroidery, trichinopoly, nålbinding, writing, painting, and sewing.
My liberal arts background and predilection for interdisciplinary work have made me comfortable working with a wide range of written forms and disciplinary conventions, so while the humanities are my home, I am happy to help you with whatever kind of writing assignment you’re working on today!
